The Management Masters at Avila
The Bachelor of Arts in Management provides students with the knowledge and abilities to lead and manage organizations. The curriculum covers core business disciplines like accounting, finance, economics, and marketing while emphasizing advanced management skills. Required courses include organizational behavior, human resources management, recruitment and selection, compensation, and international management.
Students also gain hands-on skills in business plan development, project proposal writing, and navigating the digital landscape. Other topics covered include psychology, diversity, statistics, and business law. The program develops analytical, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills to thrive in diverse management roles across industries. Graduates gain financial acumen, leadership abilities, and people skills to drive organizational success. The BA in Management prepares students to advance their management careers and positively impact employees, organizations, and communities.

This degree program is part of Avila’s hybrid Master’s program. It can also be taken as part of the low residency program.
