Small Classrooms

Capacity: 10–25 participants

Full Day: $250

Half Day (3–6 hrs): $150

Short-Term (0–3 hrs): $100

Large Classrooms

Capacity: 26+ participants

Full Day: $300

Half Day: $200

Short-Term: $150

Classrooms are located in quiet academic buildings throughout campus and are easily accessible from parking areas. Additional breakout spaces may be available on request.


Rental Policies & Requirements

  • Rental windows must include setup and teardown time
  • Events held outside of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) may include labor fees
  • Food or drink restrictions may apply in some rooms
  • Classroom assignments are based on availability and group size

Insurance & Liability

  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance is required for all external organizations, with at least $1,000,000 in coverage and Avila University named as additionally insured
  • Release of Liability Forms required for any participants not affiliated with Avila
