Katherine Alsip, ICF-ACC, is an organization development practitioner, team-building facilitator, and leadership coach. She has coached a wide range of individuals around navigating leadership challenges, pursuing excellence at work, and helping businesses succeed through a focus on their people.
She is dedicated to elevating coaching as a profession and an essential part of thriving organizations and serves that purpose in two ways. First by teaching the next generation of leadership coaches as a graduate-level instructor for the coach training program at Avila University and second by proudly serving as an elected member of the Board for ICF Heartland Chapter, the professional organization that serves coaches in Kansas and Missouri. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Masters in Organizational Development, and graduate certificates in Executive Leadership and Leadership Coaching, she is well-versed in the study of team development and leadership.
