In this four-week workshop, Laura Janusik will likely blow your mind about what you thought you knew about listening and communication! After laying the foundation of listening, the major focus will be on strategies to get workplace results. You will identify the workplace result(s) you want and develop a plan to get those results. Dive into how you can remember more, focus, be mindful, develop relationships, reduce rework, and increase trust. All through the power of listening!
