Jill currently works at Freshworks, a global SaaS organization, as a Senior Organizational Development Specialist. Before working in the tech industry, Jill worked in healthcare, where she led organizational development initiatives to support providers and healthcare professionals during a critical time of responding to the pandemic. Prior to her experience in healthcare, Jill worked in the banking industry and focused on change management initiatives, and created several leadership development programs for all levels of leadership.
Jill holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development from Avila University, a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from Pittsburg State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Pittsburg State University. She is certified as a Social and Emotional Coach as well as certified in numerous behavioral assessments, training programs, and change management.
