Congratulations! You’ve Hired a New Employee, Now What?
In addition to completing this form the Office of Human Resources will request your new employee:
- Provide documents that will satisfy employment eligibility and identity as established on Form I-9. This documentation must be provided within three (3) days of the employment date.
- Provide financial institution information for completion of Direct Deposit form for Payroll, including a voided check.
- Make sure an employment application is completed and signed.
- Provide a certified copy of his/her college transcript(s) for your highest degree if your new employee is a faculty member. The official transcript(s) should be sent to the Office of Academic Affairs prior to the first day of employment.
