English

The English minor at Avila

English students at Avila combine creative writing and textual analysis to produce graduates who will understand how to communicate with various audiences. Diverse readings highlight social justice and inform students about contemporary social and media issues.

Small classes and immersive courses mean students have many opportunities to develop skills and build their portfolios thanks to hands-on teaching from professors who know what it takes to begin your career.
