Jessica’s work is broadly centered on prosocial and civic engagement behaviors, particularly as these relate to self- and community empowerment, social equity, and justice. When not on the classroom or writing, Jessica can be found at Kauffman Stadium cheering for the Royals, tending to her garden, or indulging every passing whim of her two cats. Jessica has taught Career Development, Advanced Developmental Psychology, Human Sexuality and Theories of Counseling.
