Whether you’re organizing a high-energy tournament, hosting a youth sports camp, or looking for a reliable indoor practice location, our spaces offer the flexibility, quality, and convenience you need.
From our spacious Mabee Fieldhouse to our outdoor athletic fields and versatile practice gyms, our facilities accommodate events of all sizes with the support of our campus team and available A/V and amenities. Conveniently located in South Kansas City, Avila Athletics welcomes local teams, clubs, and organizations looking to rent professional-grade sports venues.
Indoor Athletic Spaces



Mabee Fieldhouse – Full Facility Rental
- A full-size gym with bleacher seating, scoreboards, and space for up to 2,000 spectators.
- Full-Day Rental (Admission Events): $1800
- Half-Day (0–6 hrs): $1000
- Short-Term (0–3 hrs): $600
- Great for: Tournaments, School Competitions, High School/Club Championships
Mabee Fieldhouse – Practice or Small Event Use
- Hourly Rate: $200/hour
- Great for: Team practices, training sessions, shootarounds
Outdoor Fields & Athletic Pavilion
Athletic Field (Outdoor Turf/Grass Field)
Ideal for soccer, flag football, and multi-use athletic programming.
- Hourly Rate: $200/hour
- Half-Day (3–6 hrs): $600
- Full Day (6+ hrs): $1200
- Lighting, restrooms, and parking available
Athletic Pavilion – Indoor Training Facility
- Full-Day Rental (Admission Events): $1500
- Half-Day: $800
- Short-Term: $600
- Practice Use: $75/hour
- Use for: Indoor conditioning, practices, skills training

Avila Athletics is committed to providing safe, clean, and professionally maintained environments for all event types.
Rental Policies & Requirements
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage is required, naming Avila University as an additional insured
- Liability Release Forms must be submitted for all outside participants
- Staffing/labor or cleaning fees may apply depending on event schedule and needs
- Events outside of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) may incur additional labor costs
