Individual
Counseling
In individual sessions, you and the counselor will work together
to define and discuss personal issues and identify strategies
to meet your personal goals. Some students find that only
one session is sufficient, while others may require more.
Typically, students meet with a counselor on a weekly basis
and sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes.
Group Counseling
In group counseling sessions, students have an opportunity
to explore relevant issues within the context of a group setting.
As they focus on issues of concern, they will both help and
benefit from the insight and support of their peers. Call
the counselor to find out what groups are currently being
offered.
