At the start of each semester, each undergraduate student receives 3500 Printing Units in their Printing Account. Graduate students receive 4000 Printing Units.

When your printing account balance is empty, come to the library circulation desk and a librarian will accept payment for additional printing units.

These are the “windows” you will see before printing.
In the Job Information box, the unit cost is listed (it will be 10 or 18 units).
In the Account Information box, the current balance of your printing account will be listed.
When the account balance reaches 0.00, go to the circulation desk and a librarian will accept payment for additional printing units.
