Through your support, Avila University now has a new art gallery,
a beautiful new front door to campus and much more.
As our University grows, our needs also grow.
Plans for the near future:
» Orscheln Chapel - This renovation, expected to be completed by winter 2009, will restore
the space as a point of pride for campus and community gatherings.
Recent Improvements:
» Jeanne Collins Thompson Residence Hall - Features sixteen, four-
person suites, with each suite containing four individual bedrooms, a
common living room area, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.
» McCullough Family Courtyard - It bears the shape of the Avila seal with
three interlocking circles. Located in the center of the courtyard is a fire
pit to use at gatherings.
» Nursing Expansion / Health Sciences Suite - The Health Sciences
Suite includes a 59-seat smart classroom used primarily by the School
of Nursing. The nursing laboratory has also been renovated with more
beds and equipment.
