Laura Ten Eyck Named 2 nd Team All HAAC Volleyball

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Avila University's Laura Ten Eyck was named 2 nd Team All Heart of America Athletic Conference volleyball player.

Ten Eyck, an outside hitter, led the Eagles with 299 kills and a 2.90 average per game in 103 matches. She also had a season high 20 kills versus conference opponent Missouri Valley on September 9 th this year, with 31 digs on October 6 th versus William Jewel .

Laura is a senior nursing major at Avila and is from Wamego, Kansas, she attended Wamego High School.

The Eagles finished the 2009 season with a 5 and 24 record.
