A Master of Science in Organizational Development (MSOD) will sharpen your instincts in the workplace by giving you the insights and skills of organizational psychology. Our Organizational Development graduate program will boost your effectiveness as a business leader to organize initiatives and manage teams. The 37-credit hour curriculum is thorough, and designed to:

Within the Organizational Development graduate program, you can elect to gain an additional Certificate in Project Management, for graduate level credits.
